Delete your Convo account

You can delete your Convo account yourself, from inside the app. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Convo app and sign in.
  2. Go to the You tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

What is deleted

  • Your login, profile, and photo are deleted. This cannot be undone.
  • Your saved payment card is removed, and any memberships you are paying for stop renewing.
  • Push notifications to your devices stop.

What is kept, and why

Convo does not erase conversations other people took part in. Deleting your account removes your name from what you posted rather than removing the words from someone else’s room.

  • Messages you posted stay in their conversations, without your name on them.
  • Convos you owned stay online — they become free, and your name comes off them.
  • Records we have to keep: payment and invoice records, and any safety reports involving you.

If you can’t sign in

Email support@joinconvo.chat from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm before anything is removed.
